How can i change my hair colour to dark brown..?

Right now i have blonde hair but i hate it how can i change it dark brown? How can i change my hair colour to dark brown..?
i dyed my hair from a light blonde to a dark auburn. i went the my hairdresser (: go to yours, they know what they're doing!!

good luck =]How can i change my hair colour to dark brown..?
i went from blonde to dark brown to blonde again. They say not to but i didnt care. I just used a box one. It was easy going dark it just took me ages to get it blonde again after i decided i didnt like it.
use a medium golden brown hair dye in semi permanant 2 make sure its what u wanna do or go 2 ur hair dressers and get it done professionaly xx
Dye it?
find a salon that does hair color because not all do
go to a hair salon and they can dye it
its common sence really love

How do i remove perminant hair colour form my hair?

My hair is naturally mid brown and i dyed it red for a show i was in (not realizing it was perminant) and want it out :(

what is the cheapest fastest way to do it without damaging my hair??How do i remove perminant hair colour form my hair?
dying it another color is the easiest way, but red is HARD to get out... cheapest and easiest way is not the best... you would have to get it stripped and dyed at a salon, and thats not cheapHow do i remove perminant hair colour form my hair?
If it is permanant, there is no way to get it out until it grows out or fades. You could also go to a salon and they can fix it to what color that you want it to be, but they will probably have a hard time if you used a box color. Next time look at the label before you dye!!
dye it back mid brown......
Dye it another colour?
You're going to have to re-dye it. There is no product out there that will suck out dye. Try to find a shade that is close to your natural color (let your hair grow in alittle and have a stylist look at it to determine what combination of dyes is right).
either grow ity out,

or buy a coulour stripper from boots or somewhere like that, its like a dye and you apply it all over and it removes all colour.

but you will have to dye back to origanal coulour, brown.

it can make your hair a but dry, so buy a good conditioner too
there is nothing you can do to it that won't damage it. buy some hair color remover and some hair color that is the same as your natural hair color. Use the hair color remover first...then use a deep conditioner and then put the color closest to your natural color in your hair. you also might try a hot oil treatment after you color your hair.
there is no way of literally undoing a permanent dye that i know of, i guess the only way is just to find a dye as similar to the colour of your natural hair as you can, so you won't see it grow out. (if you are worried about damaging it, there are natural dyes which are better for the hair and in some cases even nourish it) or the other options are to cut it and hope it grows out fast, or leave it (dye usually fades after washing a lot) good luck :)
Get a skinhead!
(a) Go look up what ';permanent'; means.

(b) Dye it another colour or cut it all off.
use head and shoulders, it'll strip the colour off after a few times of using it.
wash it with Aussie mega shampoo, or dye it another colour,
hmmm.... the word ';permanent'; comes to mind . . .
backing soda in alittle water can strip all the film off your hair... that way to dye is totaly exposed and that might help it fade some but completly getting it out just takes time unless you bleach or go darker...
the only way to get rid of the red, is to dye it another colour closer to your own
There is stuff that you can buy probably at any drug store (i saw it at CVS) i think the brand is Lorel but im not sure. The thing is called Color Oops. I dont know if it strips your hair (then you would have to dye it another color) or if it just takes out the dye. All i know is you should check it out.
dunno that there is a safe, cheep way...best ask a hairdresser...their advice, at least, is free!!
wash with Herbal Essences!!!
you cant its permenant - go to a hairdressers and see if they can recolour it for you
permanent dye is bad news for hair. could you just dye it back to abut normal color and wait for it to grow out or fade on its own.
wash your hair

Can I put a temporary hair colour over dry bleached hair?

My hair is bleached to death. I went from dyed black to white blonde. Can I put a darker blonde temporary colour over my bleached hair without killing it?Can I put a temporary hair colour over dry bleached hair?
Hey K, Yes U Can! some of the tricks are: mix some conditioner with water and work it through ur hair esp. on the ends--protects hair and help with evn saturation of color. Spritz w/ water also. Buy several shades that u think might like and do test strands. check timing freq. U can even alternate them by leaving it on longer at the back or slicing in different color but keep it simple. Don't stress ur self out. trying to weave with temp colors is a major pain--becuz of timing, so just do large pieces or blocks. If u have too much orange tone get a get an ash base and mix in a little light brown ie; a capful. If have basically stripped ur hair then alternate med. blonde and light blonde in chunks using a reg. color product but use only 10% peroxide, test strand and WATCH the time--the longer u leave it on the darker it gets %26amp; sometimes it happens real quick usu. w/in the first ten minutes. Sally's sells 10% or u can make by cutting 20%in half w/purified water. Apply to roots first, then middle, and finally ther ends. Porosity is much worse on the endz. You can just go to a hair dresser and have them get a good base going and add hightlights. sometimes it's worth it!Can I put a temporary hair colour over dry bleached hair?
Be really careful what colour you use on your bleached hair. Your hair has no pigment left in it because bleach strips it out. If you go and put a colour straight on top it is likely to go green. What you need to do is ';fill'; your hair first. This means put the pigment back into it. Put a semi permanent red or copper on your hair 1st. After that put your proper colour on top. It would really be best to go to a hairdresser, to at least ask for advice.
only if you use something extremely gentle, like loving care. your hair is most vulnerable to damage when it's bleached. but yes, you can use a temporary color.

Best Wishes
A temporary color is a color that is intended to wash away with each shampoo. Fanciful is an example of a temporary color. Make sure to use a good conditioner before you dry your hair and a spray in leave on conditioner before you apply temporary color to dry bleached hair. Your hair will most likely pick up some of the base color so remember this when picking the tone you want. Never mix hydrogen peroxide with temporary color. If you are looking for a toner or semi permanent color which can result in more damage then yes 10% is what you want in combination with the proper product. Remember the pH of temporary color is around 2.4 being very acidic. Condition, condition, condition.

  • How do i choose a hair colour and style that will suit me?

i would say my face was quite round but yet i have quite a square jaw my skin is naturally quite fair but i have a tendency to go blushed easily my natural hair colour is medium brown and is around mid chest length i would like a different style but not to different but i definitly want to change my colour. can you please help me ?How do i choose a hair colour and style that will suit me?
go to the hairdresser and try on wigsHow do i choose a hair colour and style that will suit me?
never mind the colour i would like some hair
I would go to a hairdressers for advice. If you want a natural look go for a colour that is no more than 2 shades darker or lighter than your own, also I am a big fan of semi permenant colours as they leave your hair glossy and conditioned and if you don't like the result they wash out in a few shampoos.
I agree with the first person, go to a hairdresser.
most good salons will give u a free consultation and they will offer u free dvice on what styles and colours will suit u. alot of the time they will have magaznes with pictures of different hairsyles. bt make sure u take a friend with u. some stylists just wna experiment nd get a guinea pig to try out new things- ur friend will stop u bein lead astray. make sure u dont let them do it on the day of the consultation- go home n have a think about it first n ask m8s wat they think.
i was looking through a mag and it gave the name of a web site that you put your pic on and then play about with different styles of hair make up ect.

i havent done it yet but i will give you the address hope it helps

Definitely ask a professional for help with styling - but please reconsider your stance on changing the color. Genetically we're designed with color 'palates' and messing with the balance, well, it messes with the color balance. Everytime you deal with the root grow out issue the color changes again! If a new, fresh style isn't enough, try a neutral henna treatment. This will condition and protect your hair rather than strip-n-replace. The henna coats each hair strand and light just bounces and reflects through and off it creating amazing shine. It's also full and soft. You don't need to worry about constant upkeep (the root regrowth issue associated with coloring) because henna gradually wears off. Also, you're not exposed to cancer causing chemicals. It's inexpensive (look up 'rainbow henna' or natural henna products online - here is one link for you: http://www.hennabycynthia.homestead.com/鈥?/a> Don't know why girls/women are always trying to change who they were designed to be - I'll bet you're gorgeous as is, just get a fresh cut for spring.

How can you lighten your hair colour without harsh chemicals?

are there any natural ways? How can you lighten your hair colour without harsh chemicals?
There are lots of natural options to lighten up your hair!

However, you have to be really careful because some of them don't work on brunettes.

There's a reason why sailors and surfers are blonde; it's because they spend so much time in the sun. If your hair is a dark shade of blonde or even a strawberry blonde, your hair will lighten up by simply spending lots of time in the sun.

However, you can speed up the sun's effects by using lemon juice. But don't use only lemon juice!!! This can damage your hair. Mix 1 part lemon juice with 3 parts water in a spray bottle and spritz your hair as you sit in the sun. It also helps to add a little bit of real conditioner into this mixture to keep your hair soft and condition while you lighten. The sun also helps hair absorb conditioner. Just add a small amount and shake.

Another option is chamomile, which is a herbal flower that is a common ingredient in tea. You can find chamomile tea at most grocery stores, choose Celestial Seasonings because they don't add other ingredients that could potentially ruin your color. You can either rinse your hair with the tea after every time you wash your hair (after conditioner) or you could also add it to the lemon juice mixture in place of the water. Chamomile is gentler than lemon juice.

If your hair is brown and darker, you could end up with some scary results. The way lemon juice lightens will turn your hair orange and not be the same as blonde highlights from the salon. This is because brunette hair needs more powerful chemicals to lift the pigment out of the strands. If you have dark brown hair, you should use chamomile to lighten up the brown. If you want blonde, you should use an at-home color kit or consult a stylist. How can you lighten your hair colour without harsh chemicals?
Get some lemon concentrate and put it on your hair before going into the sun. You'll have to shower when you come in from the sun, but the lemon won't hurt your hair. You'll have to do it multiple times, but it will lighten your hair.
The sun is a natural enhancer. Another way would be to buy shampoo for your color hair. The color shampoos really bring out your color.
put lemon juice in it and stand in the sun

warning though, i am brunette and i had bleach blonde streaks in my hair becasue i didnt do it properly :)

    but it works!
Even Natural ways damage hair. If your hair is dark, 'Natural' ways won't work or will turn your hair orange. Some, barely work on Blondes.
