Hi. Which hair colour will work best with a black and silver party dress, brown or blonde?

I am going on an important night out and want to wear a black and silver sparkly dress. My hair is a dull blonde colour naturally and a bit boring I think. What do you think I should do with it to make the outfit look 'finished'. I'm thinking maybe using semi-permanent dye to go blonder or brunette. Opinions much appreciated please.Hi. I would do brown with some tint of blonde in it.

i would go with a golden brown but not to blonde or to dark or a brown.
Brown but if you wanna go for a lil' bit of a different look try a dark red
