Hair colour?

i want to change my hair colour.


ive been blonde my whole life and i want a change.


unfortuantly i have no pics but im fair i have blue eyes and a slightly square shaped face.


im blonde at the moment and i was thinking maybe a red.


i have light eyebrows also.a kind of golden blondey brown.


i know this is a hard one to answer without any pics but suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Hair colour?

Have you thought about low lights rather than a block colour change as this would be less severe and if you like the colour you can gradually get darker over time. Also with this option your roots wont look so bad when they come through.
It al depends on your skin tones too, if you have fair skin the best thing to do would be to go red as red heads naturally have fair skin and being brunette would wash you out, but if you skin tans alright it would be best to go brunette.
I recommend either Dark Brunette or A Dark Red, it will really make your eyes look beautiful. I use Loreal Prefrence in Dark Brown and I LOVE it. If your really unsure go to a salon. Think of Liv Tyler she is fair skin w/blue eyes and dark hair. You can get your eyebrows tinted at a salon for under $30 or less depending on where you go, if not use an eyebrow pencil to darken them like I do. I am naturally blonde w/fair skin and hazel eyes and I went a Dark Chocolate hair colour and everyone loves it, I also do mystic tan in the summer. Anyway dark brunette would look great.
i recomend your own oppinion if you want it red then red but remember with fair and light eyes you dont want to tac things up right so i sugest mabey getting it perfossinal done and eye brow are always a good thing to dye to not look strange no body want red hair and blonde eye brows but never ever die you eyelashes you can get sevarly ingard i sugest using paul mitchel shampoo after wards to silky smooth it
I would go with something more daring, choose the red.

As for dark brown, yes liv tyler does have fair skin but if you are a fair skinned blonde is different and can make you look washed out. If you do go dark brown, make sure you get a nice shade, don't go for a very dark brown, it's a nightmare to revert back and you'll miss your fairness :]





...but you can try brown at any time!

I would go to a salon for a consult of coloring. Might cost alittle but if you tell them that they find a good color you well be a guest........they well smile.





Have them put different colors on your face. You can have some make-up on or go natural. But......look at the colors and decide what looks good with the stylist help.





You want your coloring experience to be a good one......have fun getting educated in coloring....
