How do I make my hair colour more brilliant?

I have naturally blonde hair that I dyed a medium brown. I want to prevent the colour from fading as long as possible and maybe try to make it more brilliant? I bought that Sunsilk Color Boost stuff and I don't notice any difference. Any tips?How do I make my hair colour more brilliant?

I would go to a beautician and ask their opinion. And highlights or adding different shades helps. They have shampoo that you should use to keep color fresh longer
