How to know which hair colour would benefit me the most?

I have naturally blue/green eyes, brown hair, and white skin(brown eyebrows). I want to know which hair colour would look best on me or if the colour i have now is the most complimentary-how do i decide?How to know which hair colour would benefit me the most?
Start w/ highlights! Going to school, I see all-to-often people dying their hair and it looking horrible and being stuck w/ it! What I would recommend for you is to start w/ some dirty-blond highlights, nothing to wild, and after working this color lighter w/ STAGES, you can go to a full blond, all the highlights will complete your hair and keep it Natural looking. However, if you are doing your hair for people to see a difference in it, you are doing it for the wrong reasons! This is for you! What if it doesn't turn out! Trust me, please, I have seen this happen in even the most unlikely ways! Someone who wanted blond hair got a green full-head w/ the company packaging wrong; someone who wanted purple hair got pink in 3 sections of her head w/ not enough dye and washing to fast; this can happen to ANYONE. A very wealthy girl of an ex-star dad went to a pro-salon to get brown-er hair, and instead got black, she was not specific enough and the model-color looked different.
