I love the dress... it's so classy, I think that the best accessory with it is either a plain diamond necklace or a small diamond ear ring but about your hair..it won''t matter what colour you dye it cuz the dress is black and all colours look great with black plus you shouldn't depend on what you're wearing when it comes to dying your hair!
Beautiful dress! I'd accessorize it with a simple necklace, either a black choker or a single pendant sweetheart necklace with gold/emerald colors... drop earrings to match. As for the hair, I'd go dramatic and dark... a very dark brown, but not jet black.
why dye your hair?? Brown, blonde or black hair would all look good....or maroon lol whichever your color is...
