What hair colour brings out blue eyes the most?

I know dark browns and blacks will make blue eyes look lighter/bluer but I have very pale skin with golden freckles so I tend to look slightly ill with these shades. Blonde looks really bad on me aswell and red clashes with my eyebrows which are light/medium brown? Help?:)What hair colour brings out blue eyes the most?

I have blue eyes and im pale and ive dyed my hair black and It looks great.I did have my hair red and I think that looked great too.I also have brown eyebrows.So black will make your eyes pop out more.
