Solid burgundy.
Ummm...I mainly see people wanting their natural hair colors or kept their natural hair colors. Cause, people are now noticing that it's cheaper getting natural highlights. There are a bit of tints going on. But I think it also have to do with the age of the person.


Personally, I have a semi-permanent tint of red with my brown hair and a natural blonde highlight from the sun. I'm in Illinois.

Streaking is still going on here in GA. But most are doing more low lights that high lights.

I'd say blondes and brunettes are at a tie. Brunette's want blonde highlights and blondes want brown highlights so it is hard to tell what they're real hair color is.

I live in South Western Pennsylvania and i'd have to say the most popular color around here is any form of brown. A lot of girls have highlights too. But, definitely any kind of brown will be seen much more than any other color.
