You can get it at Sally's though some are for Professionals only. If you're trying to get black dye out of your hair this is your best bet. Be warned though It *can* make your hair very thin and frizzy.Where can i buy an over the counter hair colour removal kit?
i would just just go to a salon let them do it for you not that expensive and done right.
